A fine pair of white-ground gilt ormolu-mounted sevres-style porcelain vases and cover, with enameled white body ornamented with fine gilt cartouche of tooled scrollwork and animals. The lid, neck and socle are in dark red, ornamented with gilt foliate scrollwork, the shoulders of each are mounted with finely scrolled Rocaille styles handles with putto, the neck encircled with gilt-ormolu laurel wreath, surmounted with domed lid with a gilt-ormolu pine cone finial, raised on an ornamented conforming socle and foliate ormolu scrollwork splayed bases.
